Texas Elite Driver

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Texas Elite Driver website and all services provided by Texas Elite Driver. By booking transportation, participating in tours, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Texas Elite Driver provides luxury ground transportation, private chauffeur services, airport transfers, special event transportation, and curated tourism experiences throughout Texas.

Services may include transportation between destinations, guided or hosted tour experiences, and customized travel arrangements.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, vehicle availability, and operational considerations.

2. Reservations & Payment

Reservations must be confirmed through the Texas Elite Driver booking system, approved third-party booking platform, or direct communication with the company.

Depending on the service, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.

Prices are subject to change until a booking has been confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of scheduling vehicles, drivers, and tour experiences in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:

All reservations are non-refundable if canceled within thirty (30) days of the scheduled service date or within seven (7) days of booking, whichever period is greater.

Examples:

  • If a reservation is made 45 days in advance, cancellation must occur more than 30 days before service to qualify for any potential refund.

  • If a reservation is made 10 days before service, cancellation must occur within 7 days of booking to qualify.

Cancellations made outside these timeframes may be eligible for a partial refund at the sole discretion of Texas Elite Driver.

Texas Elite Driver reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to safety concerns, severe weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Wait Time Policy

A 15-minute grace period is included with all scheduled pickups.

After the initial 15 minutes, wait time will be billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.

If a passenger cannot be located after reasonable attempts to contact them, the reservation may be considered a no-show, and the full service amount may be charged.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers, staff, and other guests.

Texas Elite Driver reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in:

  • Unsafe or disruptive behavior

  • Illegal activity

  • Harassment or abusive conduct

  • Excessive intoxication

  • Damage to vehicles or property

Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to vehicles.

Cleaning or damage fees may apply.

6. Transportation Liability

Texas Elite Driver operates professionally maintained vehicles and commercially insured transportation services.

However, passengers acknowledge that travel by vehicle carries inherent risks.

Texas Elite Driver shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Road closures

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Third-party service disruptions

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Texas Elite Driver is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

7. Tour Participation & Assumption of Risk

Some experiences offered by Texas Elite Driver may include walking areas, historic locations, outdoor environments, natural attractions, caves, trails, or other locations with inherent risks.

By participating in any tour or experience, guests acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

  • Slips, trips, or falls

  • Uneven terrain

  • Environmental conditions

  • Confined spaces

  • Physical exertion

  • Wildlife encounters

  • Weather conditions

Participants agree that Texas Elite Driver, its employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, illness, or accidents occurring during participation except where required by law.

Guests should evaluate their own physical abilities and health conditions before participating.

8. Third-Party Locations & Partners

Tours may include visits to third-party businesses, attractions, restaurants, museums, or natural sites.

Texas Elite Driver does not own or control these locations and is not responsible for conditions, safety standards, or actions occurring at third-party venues.

Guests must follow all rules and guidelines set by those establishments.

9. Media Release

Texas Elite Driver may photograph or record video during tours, events, or transportation services for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating in our services, guests grant Texas Elite Driver permission to use photographs or video that may include their likeness in marketing materials, social media, or promotional content unless a written request is submitted prior to participation.

10. Force Majeure

Texas Elite Driver shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Road closures or transportation disruptions

  • Labor disputes or civil disturbances

In such cases, services may be rescheduled at the discretion of Texas Elite Driver.

11. Website Use

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of Texas Elite Driver.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of website content is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Texas courts.

13.Passenger Conduct

  1. Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers, staff, and other guests.

    The following are strictly prohibited inside all Texas Elite Driver vehicles:

    • Smoking

    • Vaping

    • Use of any tobacco products

    • Illegal substances

    Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund, and additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

    Passengers must also avoid unsafe behavior that could distract the driver or endanger others.

    Texas Elite Driver reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in:

    • Unsafe or disruptive behavior

    • Illegal activity

    • Harassment or abusive conduct

    • Excessive intoxication

    • Damage to vehicles or property

    Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to vehicles.

    14.Personal Belongings

    Passengers are responsible for gathering all personal belongings when exiting the vehicle.

    Texas Elite Driver is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

    If an item is left behind in a vehicle, Texas Elite Driver will make reasonable efforts to locate and return the item. However, any costs associated with returning lost items — including shipping, delivery, or driver time — will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Texas Elite Driver is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
